Shipping Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Phases:

  • Processing Time: This includes order verification, assembly, and other pre-shipment steps. The duration may vary based on your location and our efficiency.
  • Shipping Time: This begins after processing and depends on the selected shipping method and your destination.

Please note that our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Deliveries may take longer during busy seasons and promotional events.

We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The estimated delivery time combines both processing and shipping periods.

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays, on Eastern Standard Time.

Tracking Your Package

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
  • You can check the tracking status directly on our website.
  • Please allow some carriers 5-7 business days to update tracking information.

Shipping Delays

  • If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, please reach out to us at [email protected] for a full refund.
  • If any unexpected delays occur, contact us, and we aim to respond within 12 hours.

Undelivered Packages

  • If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot find your package, please check the delivery location thoroughly and contact the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

  • We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout and notify [email protected] immediately of any errors.

Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Primefitnessgym is not liable for customs fees if: 1) the package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) delivery fails after multiple attempts.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
